Charleston, SC Residential Market Update

There is a lot of bad real estate news out there depending on how you run the numbers. But, some markets are doing better than others. While we may still have a bit of hole to climb out of, there is still some signs of stablization and progess. Our local governing body, the Charleston, Trident Association of Realtors reported that inventory of homes is at the lowest level in the last five years at the end of the third quarter this year.
